- The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

- I agree and acknowledge that no legal lawyer-client relationship is laid out in any capacity at all by utilizing Garry Law Office online and in-person Notary services.
- I understand that Garry Law Office is not providing any legal advice while using online or in-person Notary service.
- Consents to receive email communications
- I agree to receive email communications from Garry Law Office.
- Personal Information
- I agree that my personal information will be held private, confidential and not be shared with anyone without my consent.
- Privacy
- I agree that copies of my documents and ID will be retained for the purpose of compliance with the rules of the relevant governing Law Society in Canada.
- Pricing
- One Notary Public signature means one notarized document.
- First Notary Signature – 35 plus HST
- Additional per signature 25 plus HST
- No witness
- I understand that Garry Law Office does not provide any witness for in-person Notary service.
- Do not sign in advance
- I understand that I must sign in front of Notary Public.
- Accuracy
- I understand that I am responsible for accuracy, completeness and truth of the documents. Garry Law Office does not provide any advice, help or guide me to fill or complete documents.
- Valid ID
- I agree to provide two government issued valid photo ID.
- Prohibited documents
- I understand that I cannot request a certified true copy (notarized photocopy) through online services.
- Payments
- We accept the following payment methods on our site.
- Credit Card
- Master Card
- When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize us and access to the payment method you have chosen. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
- If your payment method has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
- Refund
- We provide refund for only online Notary services.
- Garry Law Office online Notary will give a full refund that the arrangement has been cancelled at least two (2) hour ahead of the booked time.
- Partial refund 50% may be issued provided Garry Law Office is responsible for any demonstrable error that cannot be resolved by the re-notarizing the documents.
- Cancellation
- Our clients can cancel their appointment at least two hours in advance of their scheduled time for a full refund. Failure to provide notice of cancellation will result in charging a $10 cancellation fees.
- No Show and Late Attendance.
- Failure of a client to show up for their scheduled appointment will result in charging a $10 cancellation fee.
- Clients that arrive to the appointment more than 5 minutes late for their scheduled time, without having notice, will be charged $5 late fees.
- Rescheduling appointments
- Client must reschedule their appointment at least 2 hours in advance of their schedule time, failure to provide notice will result in charging a $10 rescheduling fee.
- Limitation of liability
- Garry Law Office and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliate will not be liable for any loss, claims, action, damages, Liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the website.
- Indemnity
- Except where prohibited by law, by using this site you indemnify and hold harmless, Garry Law Office, and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any action, claims, loss, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees arising out of use of the site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Severability
- In the event that whenever any of the arrangements set out in these Terms and Conditions are viewed as conflicting or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be considered void and will be taken out from these agreements. Any remaining arrangements won’t be impacted by the evacuation and most of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
- Third Party good and services
- Garry Law Office online Notary services uses third party software and services. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third party on our website.
